About me

I began my quest to assist the computer user market in the year of 2002.  As the word quickly got out about my cost efficient, personalized service; I quickly made a change to NetTech Northwest Computer Solutions.  Earlier that same year, I started working at my local school district in the Information Systems department where I have increased my skills and knowledge.  I am a highly qualified worker when it comes to helping other people in need of technical support.

I have recently graduated with honors from Skagit Valley College earning my Associates degree in Computer Information Systems.  While I was attending school I continued to work for the school district to pay for my degree.

My key success factor has been to individualize my service to each customer while maintaining the following protocol:

• Internalize the customer's needs.
• Educate the customer how to enhance their skills.
• Inform and mentor the customer about the applied technology.
• Ensure satisfaction and build a strong bond.
